What we collect

When you submit the consultation form we collect: your name, phone number, governorate, area, the type of outdoor space, your message, and — only if you choose to provide them — your email address, an approximate size and a preferred contact method.

We also record which page the enquiry came from, the language you were using, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through. This tells us which of our pages and adverts are useful.

What we deliberately do not store

We do not store your IP address. To prevent automated spam we store a one-way salted hash derived from your connection and browser, which cannot be reversed to identify you or your location.

We do not send your name, phone number, email or message to any analytics service.

Why we collect it

To respond to your consultation enquiry and to discuss your outdoor space with you. That is the only purpose.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The website itself runs on Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare acts as our infrastructure provider and processes data on our behalf.

If email notifications are enabled, a copy of your enquiry may also be delivered to our team by email.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them to serve you and to keep our own business records. You can ask us to delete or anonymise your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the contact page and quote your reference if you have one.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies by default. We use privacy-focused analytics that measure page views without tracking individuals across sites.

Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to verify that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot.
